Eight Years of Owning an FD and I Still Feel the Rush

it's been eight years, almost to the day....heart-breaking at times, yes, but so many great memories with this car, and they just keep coming...the timeless aesthetics (in my book at least), the whiplash 2 stroke power delivery, the chainsaw on crack obnoxious noise, flame throwing exhaust....I love it all....amidst a sea of noobs who trash these wonderful cars and well intentioned hacks who throw in the towel and shoehorn a camaro engine into it, there are few of us purists who will "go against the grain until the end" (to quote James Hetfield)

rock on, rotorheads

MAN you guys are preaching to the choir on this one. I was inches away from selling all my FD stuff a getting a Z06 and now I've done a complete 180 again and this happens every fall.

JIC that's a shame but I found the solution to that problem. Own several and you'll never go a day without feeling the RUSH. Seriously when I was on my honeymoon back in 2000 for 10 days I didn't miss anything about being home except driving an FD.....well I missed my dog a little bit

During the past 5 years or so I've probably driven an FD on the track more than most folks drive it on the street and to top that off I'm always daily driving them. **** I'm buying another one What's really messed up is I have 2 good ones right now and I'm buying a 3rd. What's even scarier is that's a low number for me. I've had SEVEN running 7s at one time before. I guess you could say I'm REALLY addicted to the RUSH

if you didn't own so many FDs, where would any of us buy used parts at such great prices?
