Does anyone know if the Efini Y-pipe is available thru any vendor other than Mazda Comp?

I have not seen the Y-pipe listed on the sites for RX7.com, M2, Pettit, PFS, Racing Beat, MazdaTrix, etc. Has someone bought from any site where it is offered at a discounted price- or is it necessary to call and special order?

I BOUGHT it from them and I KNOW for a fact they have it. They DO supply you with the gasket without having to ask for it, too. You get everything. The gasket and the bolts.

 

I'd go to Mazdacomp. Lots cheaper...not to mention....free 2nd day deliver. CJ

I'm still new with my 3rd gen. This efini y-pipe you guys are talking about, what is it and where does it go, what it does??

The efini y-pipe replaces the stock plastic and aluminum assembly from the 2nd turbo(closest to firewall) with an all aluminum assembly. It is less prone to leaks and flows slightly better too. It comes stock on the japanese rx7, known as the efini. One of my first mods.

 

You also get to try to translate the Japanese instructions.

 

Mine through mazda comp had no instuctions. Anyone with a hour on there hands can put it on. CJ
