ECu swap question ( replacing N3A7 with chipped N3A1)

ECu swap question ( replacing N3A7 with chipped N3A1)
i am just wondering
what would happen if i place an N3A1( non cali US ecu .. tuned by Pettit ) into my Jspec ...
i ask because Jdm`s dont have EGR amongst other things .. will the ecu whine and complain about that?
i have removed air pump , aws and most solenoids, double throttle ... and replaced them with resistors , i am running with but one error code ( Speed sensor error code becausei cut the whire so i can go over 180 km/h)
A/C works ... i have 1o2 sensor.. and of course 8bit .. which i believe the A1 is also
anyone forsees problems ?
