I'm amazed you're only getting 9psi with that setup - seems like you should be running more.
Yeah, the big advantage is being able to run a more comfortable amount of boost with the fuelling to back it up.
Good thing that you're not crankin' the boost to the sky with those mods - that's a recipe for problems with the stock ECU.

It won't matter as long as he keeps his boost at 9 psi, upgraded IC or not (he listed a boost controller as one of his mods). Although creep with the intake and MP could pose problems, controller or not...
The only mods I've done are the following:
1) Cheap Bastard intake;
2) JDM factory downpipe;
3) Greddy/Trust Free-flow muffler;
4) N-Tech free-flow CAT
5) M2 Stage III ECU
Do I still need to install a boost controller ?
