Your need to report AFRs at particular boost values; throttle position is not directly relevant.

At 12 psi on an FD you should be closer to 11:1 AFR; 13:1 is too lean.

it`s a bit hight ... have your injectors cleaned and flow tested .. also fuel filter ...
that is what i see ~ 15-16 psi with intake/exhaust/pettit ( exhaust has a high flow 300 cell cat and freeflow mufler )

also .. is your a/f probe mounted pre or post cat

theoretically speaking .. it is a somewhat risky a/f ratio to run a turbo car at .. especially a rotary .. i dotn think the ecu is tuned poorly ... very unlikely .. it`s just a programmed chip ( well 2 actually ) ...

if your octane is high enough ( use the highest easily available octane ) you should not have problems .. but .. just clean your injectors ..

and the only way to see if the fuel pump is on it`s last 100m ... you would need a fuel pressure gauge

before condeming the injectors why not check to see if the fp speed relay is switching over to the full voltage at high loads, and see what the pressure is, look and see if the filter has been changed. borrowing a fp gague and running the electrical and pressure tests are a hell of a lot faster/easier than the injectors, also more likely. how old is your gague?

You are simply running out of injector at around 13psi on the stock injectors.

dont evertest stock ecu at that boost level ...
no atmospheric pressure is not what is causing your problems ...
the relay is in the ciruit box .. next to the shock tower ...

It should increase with boost. Is your fuel pressure regulator hooked up properly?

Every 1 psi of boost should add 1 psi to fuel pressure.

OK.. 37psi atmospheric....... boost 10psi = 47psi fuel pressure. (stock pressure regulator)

Correct??

Fuel pump new,, the problem persists..
voltage pump is 8,5V slowly ,,and 12V fast..

A/F 13...13,3 to 6000rpm boost 12psi..

^ You need to do diag on all the systems that relate to the FPR. The lack of fuel pressure increase is why your running leaner. Download the FSM from with-in the site here and follow the proceedures.
