ECU going crazy

ok I just got done doing the non sequetial conversion and now I have to disconnect the battery every time I drive it so it will let me boost other wise it will act like the map senser is unplug. it wont let me boost or give it gas without bogging. but if I disconnect the battery, and then reconnect it. it will work fine until I turn it off and back on agian. so whats going on?

here is what I did


1.I welded the turbo precontrol 90% open
2. I cut off the turbo control and plugged it.
3. I took off the vacum silanoid spider all but the pressure regulator silanoid.
4. I kept the pressure chamber there and plugged in all conecters and plugged all vacum lines to it.

if it is open 100% the air runs into the casting so at 90% it just clears it.

i am also have this problem, its fixes itself is you reset the ECU but that kind of a bitch to do while on a date
