ebay tail lights wont come off!!
ebay tail lights wont come off!!
i recently bought a very clean FD, but it has those ebay rx-8 look-a-like tails on it. i got a set of stockers, but the only problem is i cant firgure out how to get the ebay ones off. they mount differently than the stock ones. i know the stock ones you take off those 2 screws on the top and then they pop off by sliding them outwards away fromt the car. does anyone on here have the ebay tails and know how to get them off?

Happens to me all the time....... so i made a quick writeup.
Materials need:
- Lighter
- Can of Axe, Tag, Hairspray, or dust cleaner.
- 2 hands
- A phone with 911 on speed dial
Instructions:
1. Grab lighter with lefthand and can of whatever you have available from the "Materials need" list.
2. Hold the lighter about 8inches in front of the can.
3. Turn on lighter.
4. Aim towards ebay lights.
5. Spray.
6. Hope for the best
