Ebay light kit, worth it?

Just looking for some advice, please dont flame me!! haha... Driving the other night and couldnt hardly see!! So i looked on here and didnt really see what i was looking for. Here's a link to the lights i am looking at getting, do you think they are worth it and what else would i need to make them work? Thanks again everyone for your help, this forum is my savior!!

I'd be careful, there's no picture with them installed in an FD3S. You can get conversion kits anywhere but then you have to be careful of melted/heated wiring, overheating the housing, proper lens reflection, etc...

BAD IDEA!!!

I bet that those bulbs will melt the area around the bulb with extended use. Even with the new wire harness the FD's light fixture is not mad for that high temp bulb. I do not suggest getting it.

ahh that sucks!! I need brighter bulbs!! I read somewhere about mtec's or something, never heard of them... can anyone let me know where i can find them, thanks again...

Just get Silverstars, they are about the best you can do with halogen and they are a noticable improvement.

I am waiting for a true-designed HID kit that comes with a new housing and mounts like our stock headlights... but with clear housing instead of the 'facetted' one.

i got some brighter bulbs that i put in my car. they are white with blue tint on the tip. it gives the illusion of HID. It did let me see a little better and i like the blue lighting. I have used them for over two years with no adverse affects. I will post here tomorrow while I'm home to let you know what brad they are.
