You've missed the point of the thread. This is one alternative to doing it without an impact gun that worked for me in less than 30 seconds.

obviously its easier to impact it off lets stop beatin him for using his head here. lol or move it to the lounge so someone can build up their post count!

Damn your primary turbo is clean. Mine is oily(yes i know this is bad). I like your garage. Its almost as dirty as my "garoom". And get some real jackstands!

The jackstands were getting in the way and the 4 ramps are good if the car doesnt have to be that high. When I swap in the 5speed tomorrow it'll need to be a bit higher.

I'll also add that i damaged the pilot bearing when tapping it in with a 14mm socket, didnt have a pilot bearing remover, and didnt want to wait till tomorrow to go get one. I can say now that the toilet paper technique is awesome.

yah yah yah, its dirty in there. Doing a 5speed swap and turbo install hasnt allowed much time for spring cleaning. A fresher set of twins is going in as well so yeah they're clean
