Dry oil around spark plug hole?

Im noticing some dry brown runoff from my spark plug holes on the front rotor housing. Is this an indication of a major problem,like an oil seal, or is it simply spark plugs which just havent been tightened enough?

Spark plugs werent tight enough.. ALL GOOD!

cool, glad I could help..

The first day I had my FD I took it to my mech and when it was on the lift, I ***** my pants because I saw the same thing, he said NO worries.. Its normal if they werent tight enough
