Now the wait begins...

He says a month...and if it only takes that long I'll be happy.

How much is your paint job going to cost you shawnk?

I'm glad you act your age, but I'm more impressed with the fact you are changing the body kit. Are you going with the GT-C wing or Type-15th?

Just doing it factory black. He is going to do the jams and engine bay where he can without removing the engine.

He quoted me $1800 plus supplies which will be about $500. Not the cheapest or fastest I could find but the work this guy does is amazing. He does classic show cars and they always win the shows. My car was abused before I got it and there are alot of things that need attention. The nose, hood, side skirts, rear bumber all need alot of attention.

I am excited to see it done - I know I will be happy with his work!

i am goin with the 15th anvs wing. iam not to keen on big wings. i like how the 15th is low and long. i will be ripping the whole car apart to paint. uncle does autobody, so i just have to pay for paint so it will look a hell of alot better then it does now. sorry about the reaction before i just get kinda pissed when i worked so hard to buy my car and then i just get dissed beacue of how it was when i bought it. i hate the body kit thats on there but when i was lookign for an fd thats the only one in my area to buy so i bought it. by this summer it will be faster and look better.

Manatecu got his paint job for $900 and it still looks great a year later. I could have gone there but my car was in much worse shape than his was and I trust this guy to pay attention to detail.

Here is his car before he got his new rims (and I got his rims).

Talking

Yes those are east bears sorta. I now consider them my own creation. I am spoiled riding in my land rover with HID lights. I was starting to think my H9 bulbs were sucking. I recently rode in a 7 with stock lights and OMG mazda screwed us badly in the lighting department. Shawn and I have both upgraded to 90mm Hella's.
