i put a new on my car and the back black piece on the inside of the car pops off and there are a few screws thre trie that and see if that works.
u mean the out side handkle to get in right ?

Pop off the black trim piece at the rear of the door on the inside. It will expose (2) nuts. Use a 10mm socket to tighten, do NOT overtighten as it is just a "pot metal" unit subject to breaking.

Yep, it's the whole assembly on the outside... it's all wiggly wobbly. When I put my key in, it's all going all which ways. Any tips on what to use/how to pop off the plastic housing on the backside of the door?

Or stick a flat head screwdriver between it an the door and pry. Should take about 1/2 a second.
