draining aftermarket radiator

anyone else with a fluidyne radiator? i cant seem to drain it .. need help .. oem radiator is just simple philips screwdriver and loosen screw .. but with the fluidyne theres this odd t shaped thing where the drainage screw would normally be .. ive tried turning it counterclock wise .. but that doesnt seem to work ..

i think you turn then pull outwards it should drian then

to drain you turn clockwise to close u turn counter clockwise
