No "unexpected" problems should arise. But you may have to install a boost controller or PFC if your boost gain shoots above 11-12 at WOT , which it probably will.

What other performance Mods have you done, or anticipate doing along with a DP & MP??

I thought i heard the pfc doesnt work well with the automatics so you may have to have your ecu reprogrammed. DP definetly should be OK, MP will make ya spike though if you have a CB already.

I have a Blitz SUS intake w/3" straight through exhaust system & dual tipped Muff. Stock ECU. I was over-boosting to 15 at WOT until I installed a hi-flo cat converter on my MP. That tamed my boost pretty good, with no loss of power, and added a much quiter tone.

You'll lose the "hold" feature on the auto tranny. I don't think it'll compromise anything else.

A couple of people have gotten the "hold" feature to work with a PFC. Search or PM "Maxpesce". He knows how to do it.
