Downpipe Question

Hey Guys,

Im In the market for a new downpipe, and midpipe. I was looking towards Greddy but no one seems to have.

I looked at HKS and I've read good reviews but I wonder if it will fit. I am currently using a Greddy Cat Back sys. Will the HKS midpipe conect to the greddy cat back?

I also looked at SP but I've heard their welding job on the downpipe isn't too great. I heard joints crack and create leaks.

I don't like my HKS. It's designed for right-hand-drive cars, and so it has a restrictive bend in it. I would spend the extra $100 on a nice S/S pipe like Pettit's if I ever did it again.

HKS has a cast manifold end, and a welded pipe on the other, (makes it stronger) any muffler shop should be able to get whatever pieces to work, as longs as they were designed with the RX7 in mind...

Boost controllers only "control" the wastegate. If the wastegate is already at 100% and still can't control the creep, what else can it do? Nothing. It needs to be enlarged.

Boost controllers will control boost spikes, but not creep.

Y'know Mahjik, if I didn't know better I'd say you were sick of answering the "can I use a midpipe on my stock ECU?" questions
