Downpipe question

I understand almost any down pipe from a half respected company will be about the same and miles better than the stock one. My question is, is there any that can work on both the stock twins and a single.

Basically my build had begun but I'm not sure if I'm going to convert to single.

Also I know I'm a noob, but I'm learning and having a blast digging into a car I saved so many years to get.

Not without modification there isn't. The flanges and angles are completely different.
