How can I be sure that my second turbo work great?

There is some oil near my intake.....

get a boost gauge...if you don't already have one. and make sure that it is boosting to the full 10+ psi depending on whatever setup you are running. you should be able to feel that the second is working right. i feels like the car gets a HUGE pull at about 4 grand i guess. but do a search...there are TONS of post on this.
