Does hot starts automatically mean rebuild time?

After about driving for about 40 min then stopping at a gas staion to get it filled up I had trouble starting Fiona (my seven's name ). After 4 tries I just finally decided to push in the gas peddle to start her up. Vacuum reads -17 psi when shes warmed up and running, but I noticed on the hot start it read -12 psi. Is she dying or can it be something else? She has 84500 miles on her.

Nope, there are other reason which can cause hot start problems (like the FPR solenoid).

Get a compression test done as that will let you know where you stand with your engine.
