Didn't know what section to throw it in as it's more towards the electrical side. Just wondering what the terminology would be or if such a component exist. I know drilling a hole and using a grommet of some sort would probably work, but I'm picky...let me know

I think that would be considered a bulkhead fitting. Basically you want a sealed connection on each side that the wire attaches to - that seems like a good way to tackle the problem.

I have seen this in a write up on this website before. I looked all over and cannot find it though. Exactly what I was trying to refer to in Dale's write up. The definitely exist.
In the pictures, the guy had two relays mounted up by the fender well, not sure if that helps narrow it down or not haha.

CrispyRX7 has done this before, this is his excellent work. im looking at ordering these too, as i am running thicker gauge wire to the pump, crispy persuaded me to run it all the way.

it's for a larger gauge, but I think it's exactly the same as the post before me, and you can just use larger connectors. and they only have singles and not doubles... at least that I've found
