Does anyone know what the Turbo control soleniod valve does?

Does anyone know what this **** does? Or if it needs to be adjusted? I believe it on the Turbo control soleniod valve. (See Pics)

Hi, this parts is not adjustement ****, this parts is vent or just cap. Pull this and look.

Why does the turbo control solenoid have a mitsubishi symbol on it? I've been trying to figure that one out.

i have had a few cars with solenoids that have a mitsubishi symbol on them. i guess they are cheaper that way for auto makers. i dont think it is suposed to be turned of if it can be.

That **** is an air filter - silencer to vent one of the switch positions.
