Does anyone have hood dampers on a CF or FG hood?

Does anyone have hood dampers on a CF or FG hood?
i am looking at hood dampers, but alot of them say they are not recommended on a fiberglass of carbon fiber hood. anyone tried it? i would assume it is probably fine.

There is a difference in the "force" of the dampers. I would recommend ones that are designed for CF or FRP hoods. I am running the Rotary Extreme ones and they are great...

i have nrg ones on mine, they seem to work fine, but i did call them to order and said they were for a carbon hood.

I have the Carbon Fiber NRG ones, and they won't hold my FRP vented hood for ****. So far, I'm very disappointed with them.

I have the NRG Carbon ones for CF/FG hoods
They work fine on my shine CF hood
