do they even make a quaife diff?

I've been searching but can't find anyone who has one. I think I should replace my diff before I blow it up, and I am a fan of torsen diffs. anyone know if they make a quaife for our cars? I suppose I might have to make due w/ a 1.5 way clutch type or something.

oh and where can I find the exedy hyper clutches with carbon disks?
