Do these OHM measurements compare¿?¿?¿?
I tested the old wires that are now out of the car, but I don't know what the numbers mean yet.
The trailing wire that was on the badly fouled plug measured 1.571 ohm while the others ranged from 2.126-2.640 ohm.
I don't know what numbers I should be looking for though.
Any help?

Well the best bet is to find the specifications on the manual, and check your #'s/ But genrally all the wires are very close in resistance, so that sounds like the bad wire to me!

The wire resistance for leading and trailing leads should measure 16k ohms per meter or 3.28ft for both the trailing and leading wires.
By my math, the resistance for a 10 inch wire should be around 4k ohms, but mine was below 1.6!
