do the L & R headlight work on diff fuses?

my driver side headlight isnt working. do they have seperate fuses per side? pass side works fine. headlight and motor. but the driver side does not.

It is probably the actuator for the headlights, there is a left and right. refer to Z-54 for the wiring on it.

Does the headlight not flip up, or does it not turn on.

k here goes...

when i use the headlight switch (the stalk on the turnsignal) only the pass side headlight goes up. when i turn it off, the driver side comes up and both come down at the same time. also either on normal or highbeams the pass side works fine but the driver side is very dim. and does not react to high or low beams. if i use the headlight retractor button both will go up and down but still only the pass side light functions. so my issue is def something to do with the driver side.
