do FD's have limited Slip?

i have two other friends with FD's. One has LSD and one doesnt??

All FDs came from the factory with Torsen limited-slip. Maybe one of your friends has an aftermarket LSD, like the Kaaz.

torque biasing differential

How did your friend test it anyway? Both wheels off the ground? If so the TBD acts like an open diff if 1 wheel has zero traction.
