So after my radiator went i decided to replace some other things while i was at it, swapping the airbox out for a set of dual K&Ns was one of the things on my list. After completing the change my EGR valve was just venting under the hood (very loud and obnoxious of course). I went ahead and disabled the EGR valve by way of the how to on the robinette fd site. I still have activity out of he valve when down throttling and when under light load, this makes me look/sound like a jackass when in traffic. Can i just plug the outlet now or will it just blow the plug right off? I do need to leave the EGR system relatively intact so that i can hook it u pand still pass emissions (as they are somewhat strict in my county). What should i be doing next? Am I going about this the correct way?

Are you maybe confusing the EGR with the ACV? The ACV line vents the access air from the airpump. It can make a MOOO'ing sound at times. If that's what you are referring to, check this link:
