Talking Dimmer switch wire question (interior lights) ...

I'm wondering if anyone knows which wire on the interior light dimmer switch beside the AC is the voltage out wire that is sending the voltage controlled by the switch. I need to tap into it for my guages so that they'll dim pretty with everything else. There's a red (I'm guessing this is 12V in), black (ground), and red with green stripe that appears to be a step thicker in guage, so I'm thinking that's the one that I want. I just wanted to check and see if anyone knew because I'd rather not go hacking testing such thin wires. Grassy ***.

Nevermind ... I managed to pull the thing out far enough to get to the back of the harness with a light probe and figured it out. It is the thicker red wire with the green stripe -- the top wire -- if anyone wonders.
