Is it difficult to press in differential bushings?

Mine are toast and someone told me that they are practically impossible to press in, is that true?

Getting them out is the hard part. Getting them in is easy with a C-clamp, or large vise (although a vise is not really made to squeeze things in, rather to hold things).

Unobtanium rear diff bushings made the driveline tighter, and helped out wheel hop a bit, but fyi, trailing arm replacements (M2 or pettit) made the biggest different.
