Differences between Efini and stock Y-Pipes [pics]
Pictures didn't come out so well, they were underexposed but I just made it brighter using PaintShopPro. You can still sorta make out the depths.. just look you'll see what I mean.
Here's how they look from the outside, not much difference except for the flange uptop for the crossover and the big outlet to the stock bov thats angled on the efini.
Here's a shot from uptop looking down into the outlets to the intercooler.
You can't see much but you can tell that the efini [bottom] is just smoother, you don't see any obstructions.
Here's a shot into the coupling end to the secondary. Again you can see the efini just flows a lot smoother. Look how obstructed the stock y-pipe is, theres like a huge wall!! at least from the efini, you can see light coming through from the bov outlet!
ok thats it =o]

Ok, im trying to remove my y-pipe right now and Im having the damndest time. Does it just pop off after you remove the IC coupling and the two vac hose and the two nuts that attach it to the primary? Or do the studs that go ing to the primary have to come off also to get the y-pipe off? Any help is appreciated.

Here's a good how-to
http://robrobinette.com/efini.htm
unless you have mini hands, you will not be able to get to the two nuts on the secondary. like what dgeesaman says, you have to get under the car and use the same opening as the DP to get to the nuts, remove the intake piping going to the secondary. then you'll have access to the two that hold down the other inlet end of the y-pipe. it's pretty simple. I had a hard time pulling the stock ypipe apart from the other end when it was out of the car. good thing im soooooooooo strong hahaahahahaha
