Did tuning Change your exhaust sound?

after overhauling my motor i've driven around on the stock PFC map that it comes with...

last night I was tuning my car on the street.. (i was riding shotgun with the wideband and laptop+DL+PFC)

today I drove the car to work and stuff..(it's my DD at the moment)

besides the obvious performance improvements

I swear the exhaust sound has changed..

it's quieter at idle and cruise..

and more importantly it resonates noticabley less..

I always figured it was the fact I have non-seq. with a straight un-resonated exhaust.. with an HKS super Drager exhaust

I get that annoying Honda fart can BBBZZZZ sound under partial throttle normal acceleration between 2-4rpm

after tuning.. it's gone down ALOT.. still there a bit.. but not as bad

I only played with the Fuel tables last night.. haven't even got to the timing yet

and it made a diff

Has anyone had similar experiences?

yes, when you change fuel or timing the combustion changes a little and so does the sound
