did some research

I tried to look for all of this in the parts section instead of bothering everyone but this will be a quick question.

i have a blown 13b with around 88k miles on it with the transmission and turbos still intact. The motor is almost a complete longblock but does not have the altenator or some vaccum hoses because i used them for the new reman i bought from a guy. The transmission has no flaws what so ever, no 5th gear grinding or anything. The turbos are still on the motor so i dont know if they got ruined when the motor blew or not. I have someone locally that is interested in everything and i was trying to see what a good price will be for this. I seen blown motors going for around $500, trannys going for $400 and decent turbos going for $300. Im sure i wont get the $1200 that it might all be worth but i was thinking $800-900 should be a good price

I would sell it for $800-$1000 in the condition that you are selling yours.

Do you know why the motor blew? Apex seals? coolant seals?

$700-900.00 would be fair on both ends. The turbo likely has some damage with the blown apex seals and a blown engine with 90k miles isnt really worth more than about $400.00 as the "good" housing likely has too much wear for someone who wants a rebuild with 100+psi compression.
