k did the boost test tonight and under 4500 its at a perfect 10psi the when the secondary comes online it gos down to 6 psi and keeps falling and stops st 2 or 3. clogged cat mabey? let me know on some suggestions. thanks

 

I had that problem a long time ago and it was a vacuum hose mis-routing (in my case). I don't remember the "exact" hose(s), I just went through the diagram and fix any/every problem (and there were quite a few from Mazda's work).

there could numerous reasons for that. but for me i had the same problem after i finished my rebuild. i actually had these two connectors for these two solenoids in front of the uim, underneath the black vacuum box switched. i think they are the prespool and wastegate solenoids. you can try switching the connectors
