Diagnostic Gauges

Hey my check engine light came on and I was just wondering is there any place that i can rent this little calculater looking thing or something that can tell me the code to why the check engine light came on. I know it might be a wet sensor becuase I spray cleaned the engine bay and the light came on later that night. If a sensor got wet does that automaticlly mean I need a new one? Thank you

Street- You don't need that calculator! Under your hood there is a small black plastic box, that's labeled "diagnostic". Open this box and connect the ten and ground ports with a paper clip or small wire. Then turn your key to the "on" position and count the blinks. Long blinks stand for 10 short for 1's. After you get the code, tell us the # and we can help dianose your problem further. I'd recommend reading www.suderiaciriani.com or www.rx7turboturbo.com and looking up all the info on those sites.

good luck,
eric
