No more than $18k. eBay is a crap shoot for cars (from both the buyer and seller's perspective). I think it's great for buying clean classic cars, but certain cars don't bid at the value they should (such as the RX7).

Here's all recent RX7s that sold for over $10k:

That is one prime example of a nice FD. But I think there was a 95' that was for sale by a dealer in Texas a few months back with only 7500 miles on it or something. Did anyone here buy that one???
