Dash Vents: how to keep them in?

We had replaced the old broken dash vents months ago and now they have popped their way back out. It was hard to get them in the last time and I fear breaking them this time.

Has anyone fourd a way to keep these guys in place once they are in?

Thanks

When I installed new ones I had to turn the heater on full blast so the plastic would be more pliable. You probably didn't push down hard enough when you installed yours. Also, it seems when I installed mine it was easier to start from the center and work out towards the side of the car.

Thanks!

I will try the heater -- not something I usually use in Florida.

Hrm, mine tend to straighten out on the outer sides. It happened once after a hot day and I haven't been able to get them to lay back in place. Hopefully heating them again will work.
