I've got two problems:

First off, my car is stock 93' PEP

First is an annoying dash rattle which appears to be coming from my driver side dash. I've already done a search on the forum and found the post on the TSB and I put a piece of rubber inbetween the firewall and the tube and that didn't help. I've also tore apart the entire guage cluster stuffing wads of paper towels where the noise might be coming from but the problem stil presists to haunt me. It seems to only happen while the car is in motion and I can shut the engine off and the noise is still there. It doesn't matter how fast I'm going or what RPM range I'm in either.

Second Problem is a 2000 RPM hesitation that I'm having. It does the exact same this as the notorious 3k RPM hesitation but at 2k RPM.
