Dash Ground X-14 B/L wire. Where is Ground!?!?

As title says, i have a grounding issue with my dash where everything is dead. I have pin pointed the issue to be the B/L wire which comes out the back of tach and into emissions harness, which is X-14 B/L wire.
Now this ground seems to go into the engine bay. However, im not sure where it exactly ends up at....
does anybody have an idea?

Believe that is one of those that ground to engine via EM harness. Could be the one that attaches to back-side of intake manifold?

Go to Wiring Diagram Manual to see connector wire locations:

first
C-1a (Instrument Cluster Z-42)

then
X-2, X-3 (Common Connector List Z-121, Z-123)
