dash coolant guage pegged

So I did an engine swap and AT to tranny switch.

everything is great...

but the dash coolant guage is pegged.

Yes, the sensor is plugged in. the oil pressure works great. I used an auto engine harness into a MT transmission ECU. Ive got the reverse light, speedo, and clutch switches hooked up.

any places I could look for continuity issues? I.e. at the sensor and wire number ??? under the dash...

You don't have the oil level sender and the temperature sensor swapped do you? They're right next to eachother and I think they both have spade connectors.

Nevermind, I see that the oil pressure gauge is working fine.

it was a pinched wire. if you ground out the sensor wire...you get a pegged guage. for the archives
