Damned H2O temps!!! need ducting

2 years ago when I went through the ordeal of getting my motor rebuilt I overlooked the missing under belly pan when i picked up the dissasembled motor from the first shop. Then there was a long, long wait for the motor to be put back together. I didnt notice nor did i care cause my temps were pretty decent for the most part. I wasnt really driving it hard cause of lack of tuning. Fast forward and a few additional problems with tunning. Finally got it tuned and fixed all the little problems and found yet another little nagging "concern". Since i'm missing the belly pan, my temps climb when going over 80 or hot(90+) days under load/boost and if ignore it well you know what will happen. I was running my FD hard yesterday on my way to pick up my son and just from boosting and running steady at 90 to 110 it climbed all the way up to 101 and stayed there untill i slowed down at the light on the my exit...funny if i pull over it'll cool down quicker then if i cruise at 60! go figure..

I know its just a matter of gettin a used one but i'd like to go a different route...custome ducting! What kind of material would you used for this and where can i buy it? Theres 2 of us with the same Greddy FMIC/Koyo setup, is there anyone out there that can make this for us??? We are just gonna go to Home Depot and get some sheets of aluminum to bend and cut...would it be strong enough??? What gauge should we look for?
It seems straightforward to just box it in! I started making a template the other day but ran out of time and havent continued with it.
