Cylindrical connector

It was posted a long time ago what this particular connector did.....

of course, can't dig it up - and stuffed if I can remember!

Just wondering if that's something associated with an automatic, which might explain some of the differences I'm seeing between the multiple loom possibilities on these things.

Everything in that regard is in place.....the local RHD electrical manual....which didn't include autos at any stage.....shows horn, RH park light, earth block, fans, crash sensors and the relay box in that vicinity on the radiator support panel, but nothing that resembles that.

Only other thing I can think of beside auto, is air con?? Because this harness comes from a JDM import, that's where the mystery begins.
