To all forum members that might have slow responsive turbo spooling and bad solenoid valves etc, this may be beneficial to you
After saxyman built a custom rack which was widly spread within the community, and recreating this custom rack wasn't quite as easy.
Since a friend's rx7 been having trouble with his CCV and needed a hose job, he had asked me to see if there's an alternative way to have a better system that can solve this problem.
Therefore after ton's of research and digging up saxyman's build thread and reading alot of the manuals on the 4 required solenoid to run the sequential system. I've finally came up with something very similar to Saxyman's rack system.
So here is a couple pictures of the custom rack, the way the fittings are installed in this picture is wrong as I have re-configurate the whole rack to simplified some vacuum tube routing.

Moconnor, I've removed that damn thing!!! Because I was trying to find a 3 way but I couldnt find it and had to use that as a mock up. After playing around with it and reconfigurating the solenoid positions I have eliminated that honkin' fitting LOL. Trust me, it sicken me when I had to do that LOLZ.
Once it's done, I will post up some more pictures.

^ The benefit would be greater reliability of the sequental system, especially at higher than stock boost pressures.
Looks intresting, being I will be running my BNR's at around 20psi I am definitely intrested to see the outcome.
I was planning on making my own custom setup but if someone else makes it at a reasonable price I would definitely buy a set.

To be honest, I am NOT able to find a right male end that plugs into the harness securely like our solenoids will. Therefore I am thinking of doing this two ways.
Either do what Saxyman did by just wiring the blades in so you just plug into the harness itself, but the risk of it popping off is not something I wanted to do.
OR, if you have the right tool I would provide you with a pre-made connector with pigtail and you just need to splice it into the harness to complete the harness which makes it professional, water/debris resist connection.
Personally I believe the best way to do it is the pre-made connector with pigtail. BUT, if someone is able to find out the right connector that plugs into our harness connector I am willing to offer a discount on the rack =].
However I have no luck of finding the correct connectors. I believe 3 out of the 4 connector uses a double blade connection where as the TCA (pressure) uses a double needle connection if my memory serves me right.
If someone were to be able to help me out, it'll be a big help to the community as well =).

I can tell you that it cost about $300 for all the parts. Even back when Saxyman was making it, I believe the cost was somewhere around $200 which was back in 2005ish...
As we all know, the prices for everything has gone up so we'll see how much we can get these. As you can see these sell for 375 EURO here
I, will of course try and lower the cost to make it beneficial to everyone =].
However, my main goal in this is to have a direct PLUG-N-PLAY custom solenoid rack, but if I am not able to source the right connection for the harness, we'll either have to go with my two suggested routes.
Let me know what you guys think as I am eager to get my friend's car running perfectly with this setup =].

Ye, i was thinkin more in regards to the fact that i want no stock solenoid hickups with the rats nest when going all out on the BNRs. If i can rake off a ton of hoses due to the fact that the solenoids of yours are "serial connected", and are reliable, im all for it!
The british price was... well, harsh. If you look into doing a GB, any ETA on it?

As for ETA, I am still trying to see if I can locate the right connectors for the harness so it is a direct plug-n-play. I wanted this to be as painless as possible you know what i mean ;-).

Relax, as long as no prices or anything are included it is ok. As I am not even done making the rack. Guys been doing that on custom making sleek headlights and such without issues.
And guys, please do not speak of pricing as this product is NOT finalized.

Because none of them would fit correctly. That's why I would like to splice in weatherpack connectors with a pigtail. However that also require some more work from the buyer's side and am trying to avoid such hassle by making a plug and play.

After some more hard digging through different sources, I "MIGHT" be able to source out the connectors, NOT 100% sure yet until the connectors are here and when I test fit them. However if they dont work, the ONLY way is to use the two blade insulated connectors for 3/4 solenoids and the TCA (pressure) will be able to use a connector (I think I got this connector correct, but still unsure).
I should be able to get them by either Friday or early next monday.

Since it has been used and not a big problem I will give that a try and once the connectors came in I will go the second route to see if they fit correct. If they do, great. If not then we'll have to stick with blade connections instead.

Extremely interested in this. I was looking into doing this myself just have no spare time to work on it myself.
Having the sequential system without having to fight with sticking unreliable solenoids that crap themselves about 15 psi would be wonderful.
In your mock up do you have an idea where they would be located in the engine bay.
