These appear to be Rob's solonoid systems being sold by Lightning Dynamics:

the solenoid valves are made by Fabco

http://www.fabco-air.com/products/co.../manifold.html

various configurations can be made to order by specifying the part number per this catalog.

Good find. Can someone confirm that three 3-way and one 2-way is what's needed?

Shipping back and forth from there isn't cheap, and it costs more to make it happen fast. Almost everything in the UK is priced the same (number wise) as it is in the states, it's just sold in pounds rather then dollars. This holds true for almost everything from clutch kits to a nice steak at the grocery store.

That's Rixio's company if I'm not mistaken, he's good people and a def rotary enthusiast, I don't think he's out to rip anybody off (aka, I'd be so shocked if he did that I would probably compensate them out of my own pocket).

That being said, I would still contact him (he's in Scotland, remember that is 5 hours ahead of East Coast time) prior to dropping an order just so you can get a no-nonsense feel for what the shipping to the states will be like, along with how long it may take.

There's quite a markup on the solenoids as well.

If anybody figures out the Fabco part numbers needed to recreate the 4 solenoid rack needed for the sequential twins, please share, that would be AWESOME!

here's one pic from that vendor's website. Somebody with the original kits needs to take a few pictures from different angles so we can get a better idea.

Purge Valve Solenoid 18-741A-F285
The Evap Purge solenoid is NOT needed for turbo operation. It is for emissions only and is found on just about every car these days. It controls the amount of fuel tank vapors (evaporative emissions) flowing from the charcoal canister into the engine.

It's been said already but the purge control is not needed for turbo operation.

As well the precontrol and wastegate solenoid pair may be eliminated (and I encourage it) for a pair of manual or electronic boost controllers. An adjustable boost control system is more robust than the stock solenoids in most cases.

That is why the solenoid kit shown above is only 4 pieces.

I'll be happy to take a few pictures. . .but I don't think they will be any better than the ones at the beginning of this thread. I also have the original installation instructions/diagram from Rob in PDF format. I think if you can get the correct solenoids, it should be pretty straight forward. Maybe someone else can fabricate a kit if there is enough interest.

What would be most useful is pictures of all the threaded holes and their fittings/thread plugs on each individual solenoid. If you look through the solenoid catalog, they come in a ton of different configurations in terms of the number and position of the holes, in addition to the gate inside the solenoid.

That big pic doesn't even show the other side of the solenoid box.

With a little bit of initiative and knowledge somebody could make a few bucks here. That person is not me but I will certainly purchase a kit

So I emailed Fabco-Air to see if they could identify their own product and get me model #'s. This is the response I got from David Pasznik from Fabco-Air:

On the opposite side of the black anodized valve body there should be a number such as 103m or 113m.
Also it appears that all the the stems have a tapped hole in the top meaning it is a 3 way valve.
A 2 way valve has a solid top on the end of the stem going thru the coil.
If you can tell me what the part numbers are on bodies I think we can figure out some part numbers.
David

Hello, I was hoping you could tell me the model numbers of the solenoids in the attached picture. I am planning to make a similar setup and a fellow Mazda RX-7 enthusiast has used the pictured solenoids with much success. I believe 3 out of the 4 are three-way valves, and the 4th is a two-way. The specifications of these solenoids are as follows:

Viton seals
Stainless steel internals
Molded coil
Custom aluminum manifolds
100psi rating
Use custom #10-32 brass nipples

*end of email*

SO, can anybody that already has Saxyman's solenoids please tell me what it says on the black anodized body portion? I believe one side says "Fabco-Air, Gainesville FL" and the exact opposite side should say something like 103M or 113M. Thanks, I think we're getting closer to figuring this out.

OK, a few pictures and some information (pictures are best I could do without disconnecting everything). All four of the solenoids are marked Fabco Air, but I could only find identification numbers on the two closest to the firewall in the attached pics. They are both marked 103M. These are the TCA Vacuum and CCA solenoids. In order (from front of car to firewall) they are TCA Pressure, CRV, CCA, and TCA Vacuum. They all look the same, but strange I couldn't find ID markings on the TCA Pressure and CRV solenoids.

Is the precontrol and wastegate the same thing as the turbo control solenoids? I am confused because a local person is telling me they are......
Also I would need TWO boost controllers, one for each solenoid?

The precontrol and wastegate solenoids are not the same as the turbo control solenoids. The precontrol and wastegate solenoids control the precontrol and wastegate actuators; the turbo control solenoids control the turbo control actuator (which uses both pressure and vacuum (therefore two control solenoids) to operate. You don't need two boost controllers. Some people use the existing precontrol system with an EBC controlling the wastegate; others let the EBC control both precontol and wastegate (see diagrams below). I let the EBC control both and it has always worked fine.

Well with your photos and Robs orginal photos and his vacuum line diagram I think I have figured out the required solenoids.

1 assembled bank consisting of:

103-SM-G-2-V-H, 12 VDC (TCA Pressure)
103-SM-G-2-V-H, 12 VDC (CRV)
103-M-G-2-V-H, 12 VDC (CCA)
103-M-G-2-V-H, 12 VDC (TCA Vacuum)

all with options:
-G (gromet),
-2 (Number 2 Orifice), 1/16" giving 100 psi max. for 3-way,
-V (Vitron),
-H (molded coil good to 356 deg F) (note -M is molded coil good to 221 deg F, not high enough temp)

plus need:
2 x SM-10 Mufflers
1 pair #101 Mounting Bracket (optional)
1 x 1/8 NPT brass to hose nipple tee
assortment of 10-32 brass fittings: (6 hose nipples, 1 hose tee, 1 hose elbow)
