Looks pretty good!!
BUT,....isn't there a possibility the washer/bolt combo will cause an electrical short in the Lighter socket if it comes in contact with the internal terminal?? If so, it might knock-out more than the juice to the lighter.

man that looks great!! although what about the people who run radar detectors? im sure you can prob wire the radar to a power supply but i rather spend the 40 bucks to have it by the right side of the shifter console..
but it does look better in the cig spot..
thats something i should look foward to in the next couple of months. thanks

^^i knew all that, i was just being sarcastic
i saw something in autozone of some adapter that plugs into your cig lighter and has 2 more outlets so you can plug 2 things at once..it looks like 2 eyes..i think ill get that, i can use the left side for the pfc (when i get it) and the right side for the radar detector.. problem solved

Mike your correct, you did not say it was a new idea or that you made it first. I was speaking to those who might not have ever seen a lighter holder before and thought it was a new idea.
Thanks, but I'm not looking for credit... Like you, my intensions were only to show my version for those who might want to compare idea's and to see which might work best for them. For example, some have tools and materials to make there own and others go to home depot. That's the best part about this forum.. sharing idea's.
We get new people all the time..right! so it looks like we both are sharing...yes?
best regards
Oliver
Peace Mike

The entire holder is made of solid black plastic. I made the plug with a lathe and the holder with a CNC machine at my work, so it didn't cost me anything.

Looking good Mike. I am putting this down as the greatest brain fart in history..
All u need now is to make it in a polished aluminum option or plexiglass option, add an apex'i decal, somehow do the impossible task of getting a license to sell it (or Ebay) , and ur rich.
