custom manifold for stock non-seq turbos

How much would a tube style manifold help with spooling stock non-seq turbos? Would it be worth it?

Yea... Details, I might be interested in this as well... how does it function differently from a stock LIM?

Not the best pic, but some of the holes and valves have been machined closed. I dont know anything else about NON -SEQ. All I can say is that this was done by some shop and can only be used for non-sequential.

if anyone wants it, make me an offer, thanks!

I would imagine it would help. But, if it was worth it, I would imagine B&R would have already been on that.

Looks like the pre-control gate has been removed and the hole welded shut.
I have mine wired open.

Seriously though, would a tubular manifold help?

Of course it would, but would it be worth it?
Think about it, you would have to go through the trouble of having a CUSTOM exhaust manifold measured, cut, & welded for a pair of turbos that can hardly flow above 15psi efficiently. That's the problem with these little boogers. Now, if someone made a tubular manifold for the upgraded twins, then that would be a different story.

And for all you monkies out there , this is what he is talking about:

He wan'ts an exhaust manifold like the one in the pic for the stock twins

It strikes me that a pair of T28s doesnt seem like much of an upgrade on the subject of that twins kit, I've seen it before and it was a pair of T28s...

Tru, of course going single or BNR stage III's would be better but for people who have to pass smog maybe it would be another kind of hidden item thay they wouldn't notice?
It seems like it would be simpler than a single turbo manifold since they have integral wastegates.
