I have a custom Mazdatrix one. Fits perfect with or without R1 spoiler. Don't know about the '99 spec spoiler, though.

No one sells one oversea's somewhere? I mean, they did come stock that way over there after 99 and all.

Just a thought, might be cheaper than having a custom one made

I was thinking the same thing until I learned that Phil Herblenny has checked abroad and discovered that a 99spec OEM cover was never produced by Mazda.
