Critical chassis question!

I am really hoping someone can help me out with this problem. I need to know the FACTORY SPECIFICATION for the distance between the two locating pins that sit between the bolts on either side of the forward bushing of the front suspension. These two pins go through hard rubber bushings that sit in the engine/suspension subframe. They are used to precision locate the subframe when you bolt it to the chassis. (The actual bolt holes have a large degree of slop.)

Any resource for this info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Look at Mitchell manual. Call around to your local bodyshops, they should have it.

Tried the Mitchell manual here:

but didn't see anything. There's no reference with all the chassis dimensions from Mazda?

This is the distance I'm talking about. I tried calling a few places but they wanted me to bring my car down for inspection--not much help.

I can run up to my old work and check. Wensday is the earliest, most likely ill do it on friday. You use a special tool to measure, its not to fancy looks ilke two punches on a sliding yardstick. Ill let you know since i have been meaning to grab them. Mike
