Crazy Thought on Exhausts

I'm curious if anyone here has ever installed or know someone that has installed a motorcycle exhaust on a car? I was trying to search the web just to see what I could find and came up empty. Also, does anyone know of any GOOD websites that post sound clips for japanese exhausts. Thanks!

Now why on earth would you want to put an exhaust from a motorcycle on your 7?!

I don't plan to. I've had good results with Greddy in the past on my JDM MR2 turbo and liked the near stock sound (db). I'll have to research that one on Mazda applications.

I was just curious... I think that it might be a diff angle to try 'em on cars. Something to be different is all. I also have a stock CRXsi and it might be a candidate to try it out on.

The CRX sounds more worthy of your twisted ideas than the FD..

Afterwards try the apexi N1 on the sports bike and let us know of the results!

I used several on some VW bugs that I had.. A stock 1000cc pipe on my 2 liter baja motor and a Yoshimura pipe on my old 1700cc street bug.. I don't think you'll find a single pipe that breathes enough for a rotary though.

I replaced the mid-pipe on my FD with stuff I took off my motorcycle. Sounded like THIS

I think the Yamalube premix I was using may have made it sound that way.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! GREAT sound clip!!!!

but to answer the bike exhaust on a car.... more than likely it will be too restrictive for any car... BUT i do have a $200 exhaust on my Kawasaki Bayou 220, but i got the exhaust free... and it makes my 4wheeler sound cool or... maybe a little ricey... hehe
