Arrow Crashed 93 BB FD near Chesterfield VA

Has anyone seen this car!
Please Help!
I just bought a totaled 93 BB FD touring from a salvage yard and I'm trying to locate the old owner to talk about the mods he has done.

Here is the description.

Hit in the front center slightly to the pass side. looks like it was a tree or phone pole and not very hard/fast.
The damage took out the radiator, deployed the airbag, and it needs a bit of frame pulling, a new hood and it has NO BUMPER. so it will need that also.

The TAX sticker is from Chesterfield VA

It has pretty new
ENKIE RS EVOLUTION 17" rims and nitto tires

it is lowered about 1.5" or so
Blue lowering springs
koni adjustable shocks

fuel pressure, boost, and air fuel ratio gauges installed
magnecore wires
blue silicone vac hose
and metal AST tank

The old owner took the ECU but left the intake and full 3" turbo back exhaust

Please Help

If you know this car or it's owner, let me know. I would like to fix it up and plan to keep it for years. But I want to know more about it's history. I would like to get the correct ECU for the car since it is modded beyond the stock one.
I also want to know the condition of the engine and all kinds of other things.
Thanks

Contact PFS and ask them. They service many of the modified 3rd gens in Va. Also the ECU was either a remap or a Stand alone Apex PFC or PFS piggy back EFI unit. You can have an ECU made for whatever mods the car has. If it has just an Intake and cat back you can run a stock ECU. There are some ECU's for sale on this forum from Pettit and M2. One of those will work depending on if you know all the things that have been done. I.E. Midpipe, downpipe etc

Private message me the complete VIN number, and if he was the original owner I can get you that info.

You can always buy a stock ECU and have it shipped out to Pettit Racing and ask them for an unlimited chip. It shouldn't cost you too much, just buy an ECU from this forum like someone else said. Good luck.

All the wrecking yards around here pull the ECU's first thing when they get a car and store them seperate, so this maybe the case.
