Crank Pressure

Ok, this goes beyond the usual post of "why is my car smoking at startup". I have been around other 7 owners and gotten an idea of the usual start up smoke and mine seems a little worse. It is a greyish light cloud at start up and will continue until the car is warm. The cloud isnt very dense. But enough of that. My car drives fine once warm and have no boost problems. So I get to thinking that it might be that my crank pressure might be causing oil to get pushed into the turbos more than usual. I have a 95 so I do not have a PCV. I went down to my car and looked around. I noticed that there is some oil build up on the dirvers side of the engine. I traced it up and it seemed to be comming from the oil filler neck. I took of the cap and it seems that oil is being pushed through the threads. So my question is this:

Based upon the assumption that the crank pressure is causing the excessive smoke, what could possibly be the cause for the increase in pressure? omp?
