Crank Angle Sensors and some other questions.

Ok, so far I've got most of the wiring harness plugged in. Only problem I've got right now is the Crank Angle Sensor, as most of you know, there are two plugs, one is white and the other is black. I don't know which goes on which. Can someone tell me which one goes on the top and which one goes on the bottom?

Also, I've got most of the wiring harness stripped and as you all know the rotary generates a lot of heat. Should I use anything to cover the wires in? Give me some advice.

Wrap the wires with fiberglass tape sticky side out so when you curve the harness the wires will not break .Then wrap over the glass with black electrical tape sticky side in .then you can put that in the split plastic tubing from the auto parts store or electronics store .

I'm single turbo right now and this wiring harness is probably the only part left that I've got to do other than the vacuum hoses in my engine bay. I plan on stripping the wiring harness of what I don't need, however I heard from Kevin Landers that there are some wires that are connected to other wires (they loop around or something). How should this go?
